Europe Day

On May 9, 2023, students of the First elementary school in Čakovec celebrated Europe Day by participating in the workshops of the STE(A)M festival:
CHEMISTRY ALL AROUND US, CHEMISTRY IN THE KITCHEN, WHAT WE KNOW TODAY ABOUT THE DNA MOLECULE? 

The Međimurje County Science Center was the organizer of the festival.

The students participated in the festival with interest, they acquired knowledge that they will use in their everyday life, the activities were accompanied by new skills, the students enjoyed interacting with their schoolmates, and the festival itself exceeded the students’ expectations.
